More Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Made Public by Democratic US Legislators

Development plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the photographs.

Furthermore contained in this new image drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

You can see the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.

This development map is covered in red pen markings and contains a legend labelling different sections of the estate.

In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring designs for boat shelters.

Further documentation made public as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
